Hi, I'm Leandro Solagna!

Hey there, here is a little bit about me. I will try to keep it short.

I am a Brazilian/Italian IT professional living in Berlin. During High School, I went on an exchange program to Alberta - Canada for a year. It was an amazing experience studying and learning the canadian culture in a small town. After I was done High School I decided to take some time off to figure out what was I going to do for living and that is when I started learning about computers. Since enjoying playing around with hardware and systems, I attended classes at CESUFOZ for a B. Tech degree in Computer Networks. After earning my degree, thinking that I should still keep studying IT in general, I enrolled myself in Computer Science bachelor program. Those were 5 pretty hard years, but I managed to battle through them and earn that degree as well.

During my CS studies, I started an internship at Fundação Parque Tecnológico Itaipu - Brasil, where I worked as hard as I could, acquired new skills and knowledge and finally was offered a full time position as as Helpdesk Technician. Later on, with another degree under the belt and some really good feedback from other employees, my manager at the time offered me the System Administrator position and this was the first time adventuring on new waters. Throughout those days I learned way more than I ever did as a technician.

Currently living in Berlin and working for eyeo GmbH, where I work with Google Cloud services in general, a bit of AWS and on-premises servers.
